What techniques will you use in your classroom this week?

v                Stress release exercises for Even Start parents—the info will be helpful for them to use personally and with their children.

v               Stress reduction exercises

v               Help clients find a way to relieve stress.

 

One thing that stands out as most valuable from today’s session is . . .

v               Different techniques that require no materials to relieve stress.

v               How to use various techniques to release stress—how my staff can use the information to help their clients.

v               Any available.

v               Dr. Cooper mentioned that he plans to put the info in a training pamphlet—even publish it on varying reading levels—would be very interested in getting copies when available.

In your opinion, what would be the most effective delivery of this training (online, face-to-face, or distance)?

v     Face-to-face—this training would never be effective on-line or distance—the visuals and feedback were a major component of the training.
