Please be advised that LDR sells to all individuals, schools, organizations, etc. With that we would like to inform our valued customers that beginning in late August, most schools begin re-ordering for the new school year. This is carried through September and the beginning to middle of October. Orders are processed immediately, however due to the volume of customer orders items are not shipped as fast than during other times of the year. We would like to ask that when placing an order with us during this time, please allow for addition time, every customer is important to use and we try to ship orders as fast as possible.

LDR accepts purchase orders
from organizations that issue them.

LDR accepts Visa and
Mastercard credit cards from individuals and organizations.
Other credit cards can be used through PayPal.

All necessary forms for

Billing orders require a
purchase order number at the time of order placement.

Personal checks are only
accepted when mailed with order. Billing
for personal checks is not available.

LDR is registered with
E-Procurement in North Carolina and has a New Jersey Business Certificate.

Price reductions are not
available for most orders. Bulk
order price reductions can be quoted by calling 1-800-869-8336. *(Double Take bulk orders consist of quantities exceeding
thirty reams, and or 150 notebooks/tablets.)

Shipping

Shipping for LDR is carried by
FedEx Ground.
·
All orders, are shipped from LDR (located in PA). Once shipped from
LDR are averaged at 5-6 days shipping to destination.

Pricing for ship/handle of
non-Double Take items is based on weight of order.
·
Double Take products are paper
products and ship/handle prices are based on weight of shipment. See the
shipping charges listed below.

LDR ship/handle prices are
valid for US and its territories. LDR
ships internationally and prices can be quoted by calling 1-800-869-8336 or

If an order is destroyed upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the
purchaser to provide proof of damage and contact LDR for a replacement order.
Priority/Overnight
Shipping

All orders are shipped via
media mail, shipping/handle prices do not include priority or overnight
shipping.

shipping) or overnight are calculated through weight.
